The service

Pipezoom is a subscription service for outside sales, made up of the web app at app.pipezoom.com and the Android app, with the features described on this site.

Your account

Each account is for one person, and you are responsible for everything done with it. Keep your password and keys private.

Plans and billing

Plans are priced per user, monthly or yearly, as the Pricing page lists them. The Team plan needs 5 or more users and is billed yearly. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with no card required.

Cancellation

Cancel any time. Your plan is active through the end of the period you paid for, and a period already started is not refunded.

Your keys and outside services

Some features are run through outside services with the keys and sign-ins you supply. Their terms and charges apply to you, and you are responsible for using each service within its own rules.

Acceptable use

Use Pipezoom for lawful sales work. Follow the calling and email laws that apply to you, including do-not-call rules. Do not use Pipezoom to break an outside service's terms, to overload the service, or to reach another customer's data.

Your data

The rows you create are yours. Contact us for a copy of your data or to have it deleted.

Warranty

Pipezoom provides the service described on this site and makes no other warranty. Each reading is only as current as its outside source, and you are responsible for the actions you take on it.

Changes to these terms are posted on this page.
